Canterbury - The Old Marlow Theatre - Photograph at Night
Tuesday 12th July 2011
I was visiting Canterbury last week and I walked past the new Marlow Theatre building site which is almost complete. It reminded me that one foggy night back in December 2006 I had done a series of photographs of Canterbury at night. One of them was this shot of the old Marlow Theatre. Enjoy! Canterbury Cathedral at night
Friday 8th April 2011
Sometimes I'm driving along and I spot something that I just have to photograph so last night as I was driving back from the Gulbenkian Theatre I noticed this view of Canterbury Cathedral. It was about 11pm so I pulled over and got a tripod and my 5D out and took a few long exposure shots. I've heard that there may be a hotel built where I was standing to take this shot which means that we'll loose this view so I'm glad I took the opportunity to grab this shot.

Commercial Photoshoot for Evolution Skin Studios, Canterbury
Monday 7th December 2009
I've just finished a shoot for the newly opened Evolution Skin Studios in Burgate, Canterbury. It was a favor for them as this amazing tattoo and skin studio was set up by my good friend Helen Porter. So last Tuesday I popped along in the afternoon and took some fly on the wall as well as more staged promotional shots. The people that work there are great and it's so nice to be able to creatively contribute to this studios success. You'll be seeing some of the pictures appear on my galleries and no doubt some will also find their way onto their evolutionskinstudios.com website, along with facebook! Photographing Live Music @ Gulbenkian Theatre in Canterbury
Tuesday 12th February 2008
Well the performance by artists from the Music For Change charity which I photographed on the 7th was a huge success. The Mayor of Canterbury and a whole host of VIPs turned out for the performance followed by speaches and toasts. It was a nice mix of live music, action and events photography and a real pleasure to be involved in the project. I wish the Music For Change charity every success in the future... keep up the good work! Tags: Canterbury, Music, Charity, Gulbenkian, Dance Categories: Commercial Work, Theatre & Stage |
